About course 1. Siebel Essentials

This course is for anyone who wants to enter into the Siebel World.

It starts from the Zero level. Everything is explained in a simplified manner.
It details all the essential configuration areas, workflows, and scripting. Practical-oriented, scenario-based demos and assignments are provided.

This training will help Siebel Support Executives, Testers, Business Analysts, Product Configurators and Siebel Developers to Customize the Siebel Applications based on Project requirements. 

Pre-Requisites: Basic SQL and any one Programming Knowledge

About course 2. Siebel EAI (Integration)

This is an advanced or level 2 course. If someone wants to take up this course then they need to complete Siebel Essentials training or should have good hands-on experience in Configuration, Workflows and eScripting.(Server Management knowledge is mandatory for EAI Inbound operations)

Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) offers a comprehensive suite of tools for integrating Siebel CRM with external systems. It supports various integration techniques such as COM, EIM, HTTP, MQ (Message Queue), Web Services, and Dispatch Service. Additional features include Data Mapping, Application Services Interfaces (ASI), Value Maps, Virtual Business Components (VBC), and External Business Components (EBC), enabling efficient data synchronization and workflow automation.

Siebel EAI is the most demanding and required skill for every Siebel Developer or Siebel Consultant. This course is useful for them to upskill or face the interviews while changing jobs or to work better in the present Siebel roles.
